About FreeAvail

FreeAvail is a free tool for finding a time that works for a group. You create an event, share one link, and everyone marks when they're free. The group view shows where availability overlaps, and FreeAvail points out the top window where the most people are free, plus alternates.

Who builds it

FreeAvail is built and run by the FreeAvail team. It started as a student project to stop group projects and club meetings from getting stuck in the group chat, and it is still made with students in mind.

What we care about

• No signup. Hosts and the people responding don't need an account.
• Works on your phone. Tap a time to mark it, or press and hold, then drag to mark a run; a normal swipe scrolls.
• Honest about limits. Events cover a date range (no days-of-the-week polls), and times are labeled in the host's time zone without conversion. We say so on our comparison pages.
• You stay in control. People can re-paint their availability anytime, and hosts can delete their event anytime.

How FreeAvail is paid for

FreeAvail is free to use. We may show ads and partner links on some pages, never on the scheduling grid. See our affiliate disclosure and privacy policy.
